General Employment Requirements:
- Form I-9, Employment eligibility verification
- Social security card – bring original card
- CPR Card- Recommended but not required
- Live scan (Finger print), Background Check
- Home Health Aide Registration #
- If driving:
- Driver’s License
- DMV Printout
- Copy of car insurance policy forms
- TB Test clearance
- Skin test – current within 2 years or
- Chest X-ray current within 4 years
CNA/CHHA Requirements
- Valid CNA/CHHA certification
- Ability to stay calm and remain in control in difficult situations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and/or manage multiple priorities effectively
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Great references
Key Requirements
- First Aid/CPR/BLS Certificate
- Tuberculosis screening
- Valid Work Permit
- Must pass a National Criminal Background Check
- Must pass a Caregiver/CNA/competency checklist testing during the interview
- Must have at least two years of paid caregiving experience
Caregiver Requirements
- Ability to stay calm and remain in control in difficult situations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and/or manage multiple priorities effectively
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
